Delete your account

In the app

1. Sign in and open My family.
2. Scroll to Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE and tap Delete my account forever.

By email

Email support@yousafespace.com from the address you signed up with. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, children's details, personal dates, tutoring requests and bookings, tutor listing and photo, posts, replies, reviews, blocks and reports. Nothing is kept, apart from anything we are required by law to keep.
